G/L Account
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts include I/C accounts, inventory
- Monthly review for accrual accounts
- Manual input the G/L related inventory, cost, prepaid accounts, and support materials
- Inventory recording included stock & price adjustments, etc.
AP & TAX
- Prepare & reviewing accounting voucher, payment list to vendors, ED, and I/C
- Reconcile & interface sales and inventory interfaces
- Issue a debit note to DFS and I/C
- Filing TAX return quarterly VAT and yearly Corp.tax supporting
- Tax/Treasury - Management of tax and treasury including compliance with local regulations, optimization of costs/risk, cash flow, investment, insurance Legal
- Management of Logistics and customs clearance including One DC cotrol, Inventory control, Duty handing, NTP process.
- Internal control preparation and follow up
+ 10 years experiences above
People manangement
Operation experiences will be advantageous
