Job Description
** Direct report to foreign supervisor
To ensure effective and efficient implement of company visibility and promotion activities 
The incumbent will be responsible for the activities related to In-store activation 
Merchandisers’ activity coordination and monitoring to improve the performance. 
In-Store Activations
Develop structured visibility formats cooperating with Marketing and Channel Development team aiming at reinforcing overall customer experience at store level for all brands/channels
Define and implements tool to support strategic development of the retail mix : space, promotion, POS material, planogram (Shelf, off shelf, check out, display) 
 
Job Requirements
•	Previous experience working as a trade marketing emphasizing visibility and display
•	Manage Visual Management agency
•	Self-starter & proactive mindset and capability to organize activities in clear process and frameworks. 
•	Language: Fluent in English & Korean (Should be able to communicate in English fluently)
•	Program Skill: High level of Skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint
